Arizona-based Burger King "Franchisee of the Year" winner is celebrating the award by giving bonuses to Arizona employees, according to AZFamily.com.

Barnett Management won the award due to high customer service reviews and corporate inspections across its 24 locations in the state. Owner Tom Barnett received a Corvette and Rolex Watch for the title.

To thank employees, Barnett, along with other franchise owners, sold the car and watch, pooled some of their own money and divided it up among more than 100 employees. The total payout amounted to $120,000, the website reported.
