Baskin-Robbins launches rose-based ice cream

Baskin-Robbins has launched its rose-based Secret Admirer ice cream as its flavor of the month. Secret Admirer is a pink cake-flavored ice cream swirled with rose ice cream and a sweet strawberry ribbon. The ice cream is formulated with real rose extract, according to a press release.

"The launch of Secret Admirer builds on our history of high-quality flavor innovation, offering unique elements like real rose extract that our guests may have never experienced before alongside familiar flavors," Jeanne Bolger, director of research and development for Baskin-Robbins, said in the release. "We are excited to introduce an ice cream that is both intriguing and festive in the spirit of Valentine's Day."

Baskin-Robbins is also bringing back a February favorite, the Box of Chocolates Cake. Inspired by the classic heart-shaped candy boxes, this ice cream cake is topped with a layer of fudge and milk chocolate candies made to look like a real box of chocolates.
