Biggest McDonald's independent franchisor declares 11-cent FY2020 dividend

Latin America's biggest restaurant chain and the world's largest independent McDonald's franchisee, Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc., announced that on March 3, its board approved a FY2020 cash dividend payment of 11 cents per Class A and Class B share, according to a news release. 

The first of three installments in the payout will begin on April 10 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 7. Subsequent dividends will be distributed in August and December, the company said. 
 
Arcos Dorados has the exclusive right to own, operate and grant franchises of McDonald's restaurants in 20 Latin American and Caribbean countries and territories, and operates or franchises more than 2,200 McDonald's-branded restaurants.
