Bird flu concerns chicken chains

New York Times: Yum! Brands KFC and independent French eatery Chicken Corner are among the chicken restaurants in Europe battling customer worries over avian flu. KFC says it is certain its supply chain is safe and cites the World Health Organization's notice that eating cooked chicken is not a threat.
