Birdcall expands in Phoenix, offers self-serve kiosks

Birdcall, a chicken QSR with 13 locations in Colorado, Arizona and Texas that offers self-order kiosks, recently opened a second Arizona location in Phoenix at 7025 N. 7th St., near Glendale Avenue following the success of its Scottsdale location on Shea Boulevard, which opened in May 2022, according to a press release.

The company will open its third location in San Tan Village in Gilbert next month.

Birdcall also offers drive-thru and digital order pickup, allowing customers to order ahead online. The company features proprietary technology offering a comprehensive restaurant solution that streamlines guest ordering both online and in-store, from kiosks to the kitchen. The process will include 15 designated bays for meal pickup in store.
