BK ad campaign searches for workers

The New York Times:Burger King Holdings has rolled out a new ad campaign to help recruit employees and managers for both its company-owned and franchised stores.
The recruitment campaign, which carries the theme "You're King material," includes posters, brochures, print ads, a Web site, banner ads on other Web sites, listings on job boards such as CareerBuilder and even ads on the tray liners at the stores. Most of the people appearing in the ads are actual employees at Burger King restaurants, the company says.
The budget for the campaign — the total amount to be spent by the company and its franchisees — is estimated at $8 million to $11 million.
