Bojangles' honors its top performing stores

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Bojangles' Restaurants Inc. recently recognized its top performers at its annual Leadership Conference at the Kanuga Conference Center in Hendersonville, N.C., the company has announced.
Carol Peterson of the Aberdeen, N.C., Bojangles' was honored as Unit Director of the Year, and Todd Coey, responsible for the Columbia, S.C., area, was honored as Area Director of the Year. Peterson has been with Bojangles' for more than 10 years, serving as the unit director in charge of the Aberdeen restaurant since 1998. Coey joined Bojangles' in 2003 as an area director. He has been responsible for seven Columbia, S.C., locations for more than six years.

The awards presented at the Bojangles' Leadership Conference recognized more than 30 Bojangles' leaders in areas of financial performance, customer satisfaction, marketing tactics and reduced employee turnover.
