Bojangles' marks its debut in the Bluegrass State

Bojangles' made its debut in Kentucky with a grand opening Aug. 2 at 159 S. Laurel Road in London.

This location is owned and operated by KOP Enterprises LLC, comprised of franchise partners Neil Warren and Lane R. Young. The company plans to open two additional restaurants in the Southeastern Kentucky region in the next three years, according to a news release.

"We are thrilled to open the first Bojangles' restaurant in the state of Kentucky," Warren said in the release. "In addition to serving Bojangles' distinctive array of chicken dishes, fresh buttermilk biscuits and fixin's, our service standards will win over our guests from the moment they walk in the store or visit our drive-thru."

Bojangles' recently opened its 600th milestone restaurant and is opening a new restaurant every six days.
