Bojangles is launching a "fishy" LTO Monday, Feb. 5. The scratch-made BojAngler fish sandwich features a wild-caught Alaskan pollock fillet dusted with in-house fry seasoning and paired with American cheese and tartar sauce on a toasted, buttered bun.
The LTO can be ordered à la carte, as a combo, or as a limited-time special that includes two sandwiches for $5. A Bojangler dinner plate also is offered with two fillets, two home-style fixin's sides, a scratch-made buttermilk biscuit, tartar sauce and a drink.
"When we first offered the BojAngler three years ago, it was important for us to create a recipe that captured Bojangles' authentic flavor," Senior Director and Head of Culinary Innovation Grant Springer said in the release.
