Bread & Butter Concepts adds Taco Republic Truck to portfolio

Kansas City, Mo.-based Bread & Butter Concepts (BBC) announced the newest addition to its portfolio this week – the Taco Republic Truck.

The truck, a fully functioning catering and mobile restaurant, will serve select menu items from the upcoming BBC restaurant Taco Republic, located at 500 State Line Road in Kansas City. Items will include various kinds of street tacos, fresh salsas and guacamole and other sides.
