BrightWave to boost Chick-fil-A e-mail marketing

ATLANTA — BrightWave Marketing Inc. has been selected by Chick-fil-A as its first e-mail marketing partner and agency of record. BrightWave, which specializes in the strategic optimization of e-mail marketing and digital targeted messaging programs, will manage and optimize Chick-fil-A's customer focused e-mail marketing programs. The appointment is effective immediately.

Brandweek reports that BrightWave has created an e-mail marketing push beginning next monththat will promote Chick-fil-A's new, limited-edition peach milkshake. The intent is to promote the brand's milkshakes while continuing its ongoing strategy to better organize and effectively leverage its e-mail database.
