This strategic growth trajectory suits Bruster's, which continues to center growth and development around its mantra of opening one store at a time.
"Building upon Bruster's excellent foundation, we are pursuing focus areas across the country that have demonstrated a desire for our products and an opportunity for growth," said CEO Jim Sahene in the release. "We've found western markets are particularly receptive to our business model as well as the southeast. We're excited to onboard the new owners and support them on their entrepreneurial journey."
The brand also said its February LTOs include chocolate-covered cherry ice cream with a chocolate base, cherries, chocolate fudge ribbon and a cherry cordial swirl. Another special this month is the hot fudge brownie sundae with strawberry ice cream.
Bruster's current locations are in 21 states, Guyana and South Korea.
