Burger King declares quarterly dividend

MIAMI — Burger King Holdings Inc. has announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0625 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable Sept. 28, 2007, to shareholders of record at the close of business Sept. 14, 2007.
