Burger King extends hours

June 4, 2007

MIAMI — Participating Burger King Corp. restaurants are now open until midnight or later, seven days a week, the company announced.

Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is serving as the chain's "Late Night Ambassador" with an appearance in a national ad spot announcing the new late-night hours.

The new ad, titled "CEO to CEO," takes place after midnight when Diddy gets a craving for his favorite Burger King meal. Upon learning the restaurants are closed, he wakes up the Burger King Corp. CEO, who drives Diddy to a restaurant and opens the door for Diddy and his entourage.

The ad began airing nationwide June 1.
