Burger King, Jack to present at investment conferences

MIAMI — Burger King Holdings Inc. has announced that the company will participate in the Bank of America and Merrill Lynch 2009 Consumer Conference March 11 at the Palace Hotel in New York beginning at 3:30 p.m. Eastern time.
Russ Klein, president, global marketing strategy and innovation, will present the company's strategic overview. Amy Wagner, senior vice president, investor relations and global communications, also will attend.
The presentation will be webcast live via the company's investor relations Web site at and atwww.veracast.com/webcasts/bas/consumer09/id96110335.cfm. The presentation will be archived on the company's Web site for one month.
Jack in the Box
Jack in the Box Inc. has announced that the company will participate in two upcoming investment conferences, including:
- Bank of America and Merrill Lynch 2009 Consumer Conference March 11, at 8:25 a.m. Eastern time.
- J.P. Morgan Gaming, Lodging, Restaurant & Leisure Conference, in Las Vegas, March 17 9:45 a.m. Pacific time (12:45 Eastern time). This conference will not be webcast.
A simulcast of the Bank of America presentation will be available on the company's Web site. An online replay of the presentation will be available for three weeks following. To access the live simulcast, go to the Jack in the Box Web site at least 15 minutes prior to the presentation to download and install any necessary audio software.
