Burger King promos gift cards with Nintendo Wii contest

MIAMI — Burger King Corp. has kicked off a holiday sweepstakes that offers consumers a chance to win one of 500 Wii systems with the purchase of a BK Crown Card, the company announced.
Each BK Crown Card purchased at participating Burger King restaurants nationwide and online between Nov. 10, 2008, and Jan. 4, 2009, while supplies last, will come with a detachable instant-win sweepstakes game piece for an opportunity to win one of 500 Wii systems. In addition, Wii-themed BK Crown Cards, featuring one of four Nintendo characters, will be available at participating Burger King restaurants and online while supplies last.
BK Crown Cards can be purchased and reloaded at participating Burger King restaurants across the country and online at www.bkcrowncard.com. Available in increments between $5 and $100, BK Crown Cards work just like cash, but with the added convenience and security of a credit card along with no expiration date or maintenance fee.
