Burger King rolls out fall product lineup

Burger King Worldwide today revealed its fall menu lineup including the new French Fry Burger available for $1 on the value menu and the return of the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich.

Based on a successful summer launch, Burger King will also continue to offer guests the Buffalo Chicken Strips through the end of October, according to a news release.

"At Burger King each season, we look to provide our guests with something new as well as bringing back old favorites. This fall, we have a perfect combination of both. We are reintroducing the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich — back by very popular guest demand and simultaneously sharing new twists on American classics with our French Fry Burger," said Eric Hirschhorn, chief marketing officer, North America.

Hirschhorn said guests have been putting fries on burgers since 1957, when the Whopper was first introduced.

The French Fry Burger will be available beginning Sept. 1. The Chicken Parmesan Sandwich is now on the menu and will remain there until the end of the year.

The Buffalo Chicken Strips are available in 3- and 5-piece options and will run through Oct. 27.
