Burger King sponsoring The Simpsons

LOS ANGELES — FOX announced Burger King will sponsor the season premiere of the Emmy Award-winning program The Simpsons. Burger King is also sponsoring a viral marketing campaign geared toward Simpsons' fans.
According to a news release, fans can visit MySpace.com/thesimpsons, Fox.com and igntv.com to see the first seven minutes of the first episode before it airs on television. In addition, viewers will get to see exclusive footage of an episode in the making including an animatic and the finished scene.
The promotion will culminate with The Simpsons season Sept. 10 premiere.
