In a quest to support its operators, Campbell's Foodservice is launching a video series providing industry insights, segment trends, menu items and insight from chefs.
The Behind Our Lines series offers up eight videos that introduce professional chefs from Campbell's culinary team and highlights the versatility of frozen soup with suggestions for every season, according to a press release
"Having been an operator, I understand how important it is to keep your menu fresh throughout the year and get the most out of each ingredient," Campbell's Foodservice Executive Chef Gerald Drummond said in the release. "Our hope with these videos is that our customers can find new solutions to the challenges they face in the front and back of the house as they try to differentiate themselves without sacrificing their bottom line."
The culinary team also shares stories about the creation of products and how each ingredient earns its place in the recipes.
