Captain D's sets sights on San Antonio

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Captain D's Seafood Kitchen is looking to expand to San Antonio, Texas.
 
"San Antonio is an ideal market for Captain D's. San Antonio diners enjoy seafood and Captain D's provides an alternative seafood experience with a focus on quality," said Rick Hedreen, franchise recruiting director for Sagittarius Brands, parent company of Captain D's.
 
According to Hedreen, the chain is seeking experienced restaurateurs to open up to as many as 10 new restaurants in this area. Hedreen will meet with prospective franchisees in San Antonio from Nov. 7-8, 2007.
 
Headquartered in Nashville, Captain D's owns, operates and franchises some 600 restaurants in 26 of the United States and the Caribbean, plus military bases around the world. The company recently introduced a new restaurant design and a revamped menu.
