Carl's, Hardee's activate new data analysis tool

CKE Restaurants is using the Quantifind Signum platform for restaurants in its Carl's Jr. and Hardee's chains, according to a Quantifind news release. 

Signum analyzes five years of restaurant data, including more than 700 million online conversations from 60 million consumers, Quantifind said. The tool then matches this data against a panel of 3.5 million receipt transactions to determine which consumer segments, discussion topics, and interest groups drive revenue for the chains, as well as their competitors. 

The platform incorporates data for more than 80 QSR, fast casual and casual restaurant brands and allows companies to learn about revenue drivers across consumer segments, specific interest groups, and around more than 60 discussion topics, such as menus, prices and service.
