Carl's Jr. fights breast cancer

CARPINTERIA, Calif. — Carl's Jr. restaurants are rallying customers and employees to join them in a month-long in-store fund-raiser benefiting breast cancer awareness and research this May.
The second-annual promotion begins May 3, with almost 1,000 Carl's Jr. restaurants participating across the western United States. For each $1 donation, restaurant guests will receive a personalized commemorative Happy Star cutout to place on a restaurant lobby display. Guests who make donations will also receive a coupon redeemable for a free beverage on a future visit.
