Carl's Jr. and Hardee's parent, CKE Restaurant Holdings, Inc. has named former Starr Restaurants and TGI Friday's HR executive, Andrew Robinson, as its chief human resource officer.

Most recently at the mullti-brand finer dining restaurant company, Starr Restaurants, Robinson was responsible for activating the company's growth strategy by building organizational capabilities and infrastructure, a news release said.
Prior to Starr Restaurants, Robinson served as TGI Friday's senior vice president and chief people and culture officer.
"We're confident that Andrew's diverse experience and passion for people will help us attract and maintain top-tier talent and will be a significant driver in CKE's continued success," CKE CEO Ned Lyerly said in the release.
Robinson will oversee the human resources, assets protection and corporate facilities functions at the corporate office for CKE. Collectively, the company has more than 3,800 restaurants in 44 states and 43 foreign countries and U.S. territories.
