Carl's Jr. relaunches Pastrami Burger

CARPINTERIA, Calif. — The Pastrami Burger hits the menu again at Carl's Jr. Introduced as the original meat-as-a-condiment hamburger in late 2004, the sandwich drew rave reviews from customers for its return when its run expired in early 2005, the company said.
The Pastrami Burger at Carl's Jr. features a charbroiled, all-beef patty topped with thinly sliced pastrami, red onion, dill pickles, lettuce, tomato and mustard, sandwiched between two toasted, seeded buns.
Participating restaurants will offer the Pastrami Burger at a suggested retail price of $3.79 for a single ($5.59 for a combo) and $4.79 for a double ($6.59 for a combo).
