Checkers & Rally's appoints Stephanie Grant director of real estate

Checkers and Rally's has appointed Stephanie Grant as the brand's director of real estate, where she will elevate the companies' approach for current and future restaurants, according to a press release.

Grant comes to Checkers and Rally's from Yum Brands, where she was the regional franchise development manager for Yum Brands. Prior to her role at Yum Brands, Grant worked for Checkers and Rally's, where she held several roles.

"As I take on this new role in Checkers and Rally's, I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the brand's vigorous growth," Grant said in the release. "My journey with Checkers and Rally's has allowed me to connect with the franchise community on another level, earning their trust and respect. Having these relationships has given me valuable insights into the brand's needs, and how to tackle the challenges of real estate management while optimizing our portfolio."

Grant will further support the brand in overseeing its properties and investments, as well as leading a team of skilled real estate managers. She is also making strides by entering into a network of brokers, expanding the brand's reach and influence in the quick-service restaurant space.

Checkers & Rally's has 800 locations. The brand is based in Tampa, Florida.
