It's the second of a three-unit restaurant commitment with LV Foodservice Concepts. Senior Vice President of Operations for LV Foodservices Jeanette Davis will oversee the operations for the location, according to a press release. Davis opened the first of three in Las Vegas last month.

"As we prepare to open our second Checkers & Rally's in Las Vegas, we're proud to deepen our partnership with a brand that aligns with our operational values," Davis said in the release. "The Checkers & Rally's brand is a strong fit for our LV Foodservice Concepts travel centers and convenience stores as we continue strategic growth in the region."

The latest Las Vegas restaurant highlights the continued growth of the brand, with an updated co-branded location and a simplified operating model to better serve the area.

"LV Foodservice Concepts' continued development with Checkers and Rally's allows the brand to both expand and build new relationships within communities that we're growing in," Robert Bhagwandat, senior director of franchise development at Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, said in the release. "As we head into the new year, we are looking for entrepreneurs who share our vision and value the passion for outstanding food and service. As we carry on working closely with LV Foodservice concepts, with the leadership of Jeanette, to help make a long-lasting impact in Las Vegas with this venture."

Checkers Drive-In Restaurants has more than 700 restaurants.
