Checkers & Rally's to bring 40 restaurants to 3 states

Checkers & Rally's has signed three multi-unit development deals to bring 40 units to California, Tennessee and Maryland. The deals bring the company's signed agreements in 2022 to 32, representing 72 new restaurant unit, according to a press release.

New franchisee Marcus Frisco will open 10-units in new and existing marketing in Southern California. Current franchisee Michael Rezi will expand the brand statewide in Tennessee with 15 units in markets including Nashville and Springhill. The first location is planned for Cookeville, Tennessee. Finally, The Maryland deal is a 15-unit agreement is with SBA Management, and is spearheaded by SBA's Vice President of Operations, Haider Ali Memon. The deal will bring locations to Baltimore, Glen Burnie, Jessup and Washington D.C.

Checkers & Rally's has had a strong 2022, which includes opening more than 40 site this year. The company continues to eye expansion in California, Virginia, Arizona, Wisconsin Connecticut and North and South Carolina to bolster new and existing franchise portfolios.

Checkers & Rally's operates more than 800 restaurants.
