Chick-fil-A franchisees partner with Click It or Ticket Campaigns
June 17, 2010
Chick-fil-A franchisees have partnered with the South Carolina Highway Patrol to reward free spicy chicken sandwich coupons to motorists who wear their seatbelts, according to The Sun News. Chick-fil-A operators in the Charleston market offered a similar promotion last summer, and this year it was extended to the entire state.
The Utah Highway Safety Office recently completed a similar program. The "Clickin' For A Chicken" program was part of UHSO's Click It or Ticket Campaign. Chickâ€filâ€A franchisees provided law enforcement officers in four Utah counties along the Wasatch Front with coupons for a free chicken sandwich at any Chickâ€filâ€A restaurant as a reward buckled motorists. That campaign ran May 24 to June 6.
