Chick-fil-A intros 'Linner Time'

ATLANTA — Chick-fil-A has launched a new ad campaign dubbed "It's Linner Time", designed to motivate customers to visit Chick-fil-A for a mid-afternoon snack.
 
"Linner Time" is defined as the time between lunch and dinner.
 
The campaign was created by marketing agency Engauge and is focused on Chick-fil-A's new Coffee Caramel hand-spun milkshake.
 
The "It's Linner Time" campaign leverages the Chick-fil-A Web site, e-mail, and social Web sites including Facebook, MySpace and YouTube. The microsite,www.ItsLinnerTime.com, allows customers to send Linner Time invitations to friends as well as view and upload video and pictures that capture everyday people in need of a mid-afternoon pick-me-up.
 
Videos and images range from everyday people asleep in cubicles to elaborate, scripted videos.
