Not having to work Sundays has its benefits, according to Glassdoor, which just released its 6th annual employee survey of the 50 best places to work. Landing on the list is Chick-fil-A, at No. 43.
Chick-fil-A joins Starbucks and Texas Roadhouse as the only restaurant chains on the list, and earned points for flexible hours and Sundays off. This is Chick-fil-A's first time on the list.
This year's top 5 include Bain & Co., Twitter, LinkedIn, Eastman Chemical and Facebook.
Other factors considered, according to the story, include having a mission-driven company culture, challenging work, opportunities to advance, and a transparent management team. Many of the top companies also offer perks, such as Twitter's daily breakfasts and lunches.
Glassdoor's Top 50 is based on anonymous, validated reviews of enterprises with 1,000 or more employees.
