Church's Independent Franchise Association (CIFA), an organization that represents domestic and international franchisees in the Church's Chicken system, recently re-elected Khaled Habash as its president for a second term.
Habash is president of Falcon Holdings, the largest franchise group in the system with 165 Church's Chicken restaurants.
"I'm proud of the work that CIFA has accomplished," Habash said. "Church's CEO Jim Hyatt joined the company a year ago and our association has changed the way in which we work with the brand's corporate leadership team. We believe in Jim. CIFA is committed to bringing positive change and growth to Church's."
In addition, CIFA announced that Tony Lutfi, a long-term franchisee was appointed the board's new vice president. Janice Bowen, a multi-unit franchisee, remains the treasurer and Noor Samji is secretary of the board.
