Church's 'fries' up to Toronto

Church's Chicken has taken its fried chicken and biscuits to the Great White North, with this week's opening of the brand's first Canadian location on Lawrence Avenue East in the Toronto suburb of Scarborough.

The chain plans to open 25 more restaurants in the city over the next eight years. All restaurants will be operated by franchisee Brothers Social Eater.
