Church's reported to be seeking possible sale

The company that bought Church's Chicken about 10 years ago, FFL, is now considering a possible sale of the QSR, according to Bloomberg, which attributed the information to "people familiar with the matter."

The report states that FFL is seeking approximately $350 million and is currently working with a company to encourage interest in the brand.  

The brand, known as Texas Chicken overseas, has more than 1,500 locations worldwide and according to a recent podcast interview with the chain, has been working to revamp its image and branding.
