Church's responds to Popeyes suit

Atlanta Journal-Constitution: Officials from Church's Chicken said a lawsuit filed against the company by compteting chicken-chain Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits is without merit.

Popeyes filed suit against Church's March 1, alleging Church's induced a former Popeyes franchisee to sell 10 Texas Popeyes stores, subsequently turning the locations into Church's.
