Church's Texas Chicken will open another 10 locations in the Houston market using the company's reimaged Blaze design concept, according to a press release.
Since the Blaze concept debuted in 2020, more than 100 restaurants have been reimaged leading to increased sales and traffic for the brand in the U.S., and another 400 locations will be remodeled across the country in the next three years.
"Church's Texas Chicken is beloved in Texas because that is where it all began, now bringing more of our famous chicken to guests in Houston," Joe Guith, CEO of Church's Texas Chicken, said in the press release. "Houston is an important market for the brand and we are investing heavily to modernize our locations and expand our reach. We have plans for many more restaurant remodels and openings across the country as part of our ongoing expansion plans and upward trajectory."
The latest unit will open in Freeport, Texas on Aug. 3 with a Grand Opening Free Block Party. Other sites in the Houston market include Dickinson, LaMarque, Bay City and Baytown.
Church's Texas Chicken, along with its sister brand Texas Chicken, has more than 1,500 locations in 23 countries and global markets.
