Cinnabon piloting snack-based concept

Cinnabon is reportedly opening a new store in Houston this month called the Bon Bake Shop. According to the Franchise Herald, the Bon Bake Shop features small menu items (compared to typical Cinnabon offerings) and new flavors, such as Oreo icing and brownie batter.

The pilot is located at Houston’s Willowbrook Mall. More units are projected as well.

Cinnabon VP Kristen Hartman told the publication that the concept was created based on consumer demand.

"We are planning to offer nine new flavors that they can try to mix and match," she said in the story.
