Cinnaholic expects 50 units open by year's end

Gourmet cinnamon roll bakery, Cinnaholic, said the first half of this year has been a growth record-breaker for the chain, which has opened 10 franchise locations since January in new markets including New Jersey, as well as the cities of Houston and Phoenix in the U.S. and Ottawa, Ontario, in Canada. Today, the chain's total locations number 38, a news release said. 

The nine-year-old brand has recently signed agreements in:

• San Antonio and Austin, Texas.
• Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
• Tampa and Coral Springs, Florida.
• Nashua, New Hampshire.
• Birmingham, Alabama. 

The release said Cinnaholic has more than 100 locations in the development pipeline, and the brand is on track to reach 50 locations by the end of this year, with another 25 next year.
