CKE announces Q1 call, annual stockholders meeting

CARPINTERIA, Calif. — CKE Restaurants Inc. will release its results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2010 on June 24 after market close.
Management will hold a conference call the following morning at 8:00 a.m. Central time (9:00 a.m. Eastern). The U.S. and international dial-in number is (612) 332-0530. Access to the conference call also is available via the company's Web siteunder "Investors."
A replay will be made available one hour after conclusion of the live event. The replay will be available for 30 days and can be accessed by calling (800) 475-6701 U.S. or (320) 365-3844 international. The access code is 102105. A replay also will be available on the company's Web site under "Investors/Webcast."
Stockholders meeting
CKE announced details relating to its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The company's Proxy Statement has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and can be viewed along with the 2009 Annual Report on the company's Web site.
The meeting will be held June 25 at 10 a.m. Central time (11 a.m. Eastern) at the Ritz-Carlton, 100 Carondelet Plaza, St. Louis, Mo. A live audio broadcast will be available over the Internet atwww.ckr.comunder "Investors." A copy of the stockholder presentation also will be available for 30 days under "Investors/Presentations."
