CKE names president for Carl's Jr.

CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc. has announced the appointment of brand presidents for Carl's Jr., Hardee's and International.
The move follows the separation of the Carl's Jr. and Hardee's brands. Each brand will now have a dedicated president overseeing its growth strategy.
- Mike Woida will continue to lead as international president.
- Chris Bode was named Hardee's USA president last fall.
- Blake Devillier has joined CKE Restaurants as Carl's Jr. USA president.
"We are confident these experienced leaders will unlock the full potential of our brands," Max Wetzel, CEO of CKE Restaurants, said in the release.
Devillier joins CKE from Yum Brands, where he oversaw field operations for Taco Bell. He has more than 25 years of experience in retail operations, including leadership roles at Gap Inc.
"For years, Carl's Jr. has been synonymous with satisfying hunger for big, bold burgers with craveable flavors. I'm excited to leverage my experience to lead our teams and drive innovative strategies that will propel Carl's Jr. to even greater heights," Devillier, said in the release.
CKE Restaurant Holdings operates Carl's Jr. and Hardee's. Together, the brands have more than 3,600 franchised or company-owned restaurants.
