CKE to present at 2009 O.C. Growth Conference

CARPINTERIA, Calif. — CKE Restaurants Inc., parent company of Carl's Jr. and Hardee's, will be participating in the Roth Capital Partners 21st Annual O.C. Growth Stock Conference on Feb. 18, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Ted Abajian, executive vice president and chief financial officer of CKE, will present. John Beisler, vice president of investor relations, will be in attendance.
The O.C. Growth Conference is Feb 16-18 at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, Calif.
