CARPINTERIA, Calif. — CKE Restaurants Inc. will be participating in the Barclays Capital Retail and Restaurant Conference on April 29. Ted Abajian, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will presentWednesday, 11:45 a.m. Eastern time at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, New York.
