CKE to release FY 2009 results

CARPINTERIA, Calif. — CKE Restaurants Inc. has announced that the company will release its fiscal fourth quarter and year end fiscal 2009 results Mar. 25 after market close. A conference call and webcast with management will be held at 6:00 a.m. Pacific time (9 a.m. Eastern) the following morning.
