The Spring Fling Creations at Cold Stone Creamery, the company's new spring menu options unveiled March 4.

New items include Red Velvet Cheesecake Ice Cream, Tart Cherry Frozen Yogurt and Pink Champagne Sorbet (non-alcoholic) as well as A Kiss of Strawberry cake available in stores and online from April 10 through May 10.

The Spring Fling Creations run from March 4 – May 26, 2015, the company said in an announcement.

The Spring Fling Creations include:

• Red Velvet Dream - Red Velvet Cheesecake Ice Cream, whipped topping, crunchy almonds and rich fudge brownie.
• Tart Cherries & Chocolate - Tart Cherry Frozen Yogurt, fudge, chocolate shavings and OREO cookie.
• Cheers to Spring - Pink Champagne Sorbet, fresh strawberries and pineapple.
• A Kiss of Strawberry - yellow cake, strawberry puree, Sweet Cream Ice Cream and white and pink frosting.
