Cold Stone Creamery joins forces with Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman

Cold Stone Creamery will feature Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman Creations as part of a promotional partnership with Warner Bros. Pictures' film "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice."

Cold Stone Creamery will feature special Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman Creations as part of a promotional partnership with Warner Bros. Pictures' film "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," according to a company press release. The movie is coming to theatres nationwide on March 25

To celebrate the movie's release, Cold Stone Creamery stores will feature three Super Hero-Inspired Creations and a Dawn of Justice Ice Cream Cake with the newly designed Batmobile toy as the cake topper. Each Super Hero Creation will come with a collectible shield ring representing that character, and all Gotta Have It size Creations will be served in a co-branded cup with an image of Batman and Superman from the movie.

"The opportunity to bring together our brand of super-premium ice cream with a prestigious brand like Warner Bros. Pictures and the world's most beloved and sought-after Super Heroes is invaluable! We know our customers will love the special movie-inspired Creations we developed that include the collectible shield rings — and we have no doubt they will want to collect all three!"

This promotion will also feature a sweepstakes where customers in participating areas can enter to win one of four prizes. Three winners will win free Cold Stone Creamery ice cream for one year. One person will win a grand prize trip for two to the premiere of the film; the grand prize package includes airfare, lodging and two movie tickets.

The Cold Stone Creamery "Batman v Superman" Creations and Dawn of Justice Ice Cream Cake will be in stores until April 19.

• Batman's Chocolate Cookie Crusade — Chocolate ice cream, black sprinkles, Oreo cookie, and fudge.
• Superman's Kryptonian Cake Sensation — Cake Batter Ice Cream; red, yellow and blue sprinkles; strawberries; yellow cake, and whipped topping.
• Wonder Woman's Strawberry Warrior — Strawberry ice cream, red and yellow sprinkles, graham cracker pie crust, and raspberries.

Promotional Cakes:

• Dawn of Justice Cake — Layers of Devil's Food Cake and Sweet Cream Ice Cream with Oreo cookies wrapped in fluffy white frosting.
