Cold Stone Creamery rolls out cheesecake for Mother’s Day

Moms in Canada will be able to experience a special treat now through May 8. A Cheesecake Named Desire will be available at all co-branded Tim Hortons restaurants where Cold Stone Creamery is sold.

There are about 100 of these locations in Canada.

The limited-time ice cream cake is made up of layers of yellow cake, cheesecake ice cream, graham cracker pie crust, raspberry frosting and raspberry filling. It is decorated with frosting rosettes and raspberries.

A Cheesecake Named Desire is available in 6- and 8-inch sizes until Mother's Day.
