Cold Stone rolls out limited edition cake for Father's Day

With Father's Day approaching, Cold Stone Creamery is offering one of its limited edition cakes for the occasion, called Tall, Dark, Delicious.

This cake features two layers of ice cream, the first being one of Cold Stone's most popular flavors sweet cream mixed with brownies. The second layer is chocolate ice cream mixed with Oreo cookies around a layer of devil's food cake. Finally, the cake is wrapped in rich ganache and topped with white frosting.

Cold Stone continues its 25th anniversary celebration through Aug. 21, as well, with promotional flavors, including:

• Our Strawberry Blonde: Strawberry ice cream with graham cracker pie crust, strawberries, caramel and whipped topping;
• Peanut Butter Cup Perfection: Chocolate ice cream with peanut butter, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and fudge;
• Oreo Overload: Sweet cream ice cream with chocolate chips, double the Oreo Cookies and fudge;
• Birthday Cake Remix: Cake Batter Ice Cream with rainbow sprinkles, brownie and fudge; and
• Founder's Favorite: Sweet cream ice cream with pecans, brownie, fudge and caramel.
