ConverseNow, a Gen-AI voice solution for restaurants, and Deliverect, a digital ordering restaurant tech company, have announced a strategic partnership to integrate voice artificial intelligence technology into restaurant order management systems, according to a press release.
The integration allows restaurants to connect ConverseNow's automated Voice AI ordering platform directly into Deliverect's management ecosystem. The companies said the move is designed to let phone and drive-thru orders flow alongside third-party delivery and digital orders to improve operational efficiency and order accuracy.
"Voice remains one of the highest-volume ordering channels in restaurants, yet it's often the most operationally complex," Vinay Shukla, CEO of ConverseNow, said in the press release. "Our partnership with Deliverect enables restaurants to bring Voice AI ordering into a unified order management environment. Together, we're helping brands increase revenue, optimize labor, and adopt AI in a practical, scalable way."
By combining Deliverect's infrastructure with ConverseNow's AI, the companies aim to help restaurants automate high-volume channels and reduce operational friction without disrupting existing workflows.

The partnership is intended to meet growing industry demand for AI-powered automation that integrates with existing restaurant technology stacks. Using the service, restaurants can automate ordering while injecting AI-generated orders directly into their centralized management platforms.
