Cousins Subs announced the company has invested in bolstering its IT infrastructure with the hiring of Scott Lewis as director of information technology.

Cousins Subs announced the company has invested in bolstering its IT infrastructure with the hiring of Scott Lewis as director of information technology.

Lewis will oversee information technology at Cousins as well as assist with organizational development through technological advancements. 

Lewis has more than a decade of experience in retail technology specializing in IT architecture and infrastructure. He came to Cousins Subs from Foot Locker, where he held the position of information security manager responsible for managing automated identity solutions. He also served as the lead technical security analyst at Kohl’s Department Stores where he designed, created and implemented a corporate-wide intrusion detection system.
