Culver's Blue Spoon could herald new chain

MilwaukeeJournal Sentinel:The Blue Spoon Cafe opened recently in Middleton, Wis., as Culver's second upscale casual-dining restaurant. The restaurant, named for the blue plastic dinnerware used at Culver's, could be a prototype for a new chain.

To differentiate the two concepts, the Blue Spoon serves gelato as a dessert instead of Culver's signature custard.
