Already renowned for its frozen custard, Culver's is hanging its hat on dairy again to kick off the new year. According to a news release, the chain in introducing its Wisconsin Big Cheese Pub Burger LTO — available until Feb. 19 — in honor of its home state's creamy pride and joy.
The promotional offering features three types of Wisconsin-sourced cheeses, including cheddar, American and Havarti, oozing over the top of a beef patty with a dollop of garlic mayonnaise on a subtly sweet new bun.
"Our Pub Burgers allow Culver's guests to try a new menu item from a restaurant they trust to deliver a quality burger," Culver's Marketing Director Emily Patterson, said in a news release. "After creating the first three successful Pub Burger flavors, we decided to dedicate one to what Wisconsin knows best: Cheese."
Culver's introduced the Wisconsin Big Cheese to select test markets earlier this year, and it became Culver's best-reviewed Pub Burger to date.
